There were three steps for practicing Hoo-La-Hoop daily as below:
Step 1: Select the best timing for playing Hoo-La-Hoop
Choose the best time for playing Hoo-La-Hoop. Like me, I prefer to play Hoo-La-Hoop before working, means early morning somewhere around 7 am. Each time played take about 20-25 minutes. The best timing for practicing depends on individual schedule; you may choose to do it at night or evening as long as you feel it is convenience to you.
Step 2: Skills for playing Hoo-La-Hoop
Some people failed to apply Hoo-La-Hoop at the first and second trial, and decided to give up this activity for the rest of his life. Actually a lot of people not even knows that Hoo-La-Hoop provides the most standard and effective movement for re-shaping our body.
Step 3: Patience and longevity for practicing Hoo-La-Hoop
Like me, I’m started practicing Hoo-La-Hoop three years back and currently I’m still enjoying doing it for the sack of I want to maintain my body shape. The determination and patience for practicing this is crucial as it will provide you the desire body shape that you want. Whereas if you can keep on doing it then it helps for trained you to be more hardworking and goal-oriented everyday, trust me!
